The OK Positive system is easy to use, but in the case of any issues, please have a look at the frequently asked questions below for help.

Please do not hesitate to contact us if you have any further questions.

 
 

How do I sign up for OK Positive?

Note: details entered when signing up can be changed later.

  • Go to the user registration page.

  • Enter your email address for the username.

  • Enter your registration code.

    • This is not required if using the direct link your company sent you.

    • If needed, the code can be found as part of the link sent by your company and copied over.

  • Enter your first name, last name and phone number.

  • Select your gender and the department you work in.

    • Depending on your company, there might not be many options in the list of departments. If so, select the most appropriate one.

  • Type in your date of birth or scroll up to select it from the list.

  • Enter a password twice. This must be at least 6 characters long.

 

 

How do I sign in?

  • At www.okpositive.org, click ‘Sign In’ at the top right of the homepage.

  • Enter your username (the email address you used to sign up).

  • Enter your password (also created when you signed up).

 

 

How do I input my mood on the dashboard?

 

  • Slide the bar along the scale based on how you’re feeling overall between 0 and 100%.

  • Click on a positive or negative mood word.

  • Below this, enter the reason for your choice (optional).

  • If you would like to make changes to your input, select ‘Start again’.

  • If you would like to add more mood words, select ‘Add another feeling’.

  • Work options are the only mood words that will be displayed to your company (anonymously).

  • Once you select ‘Complete step’, you will be able to add free text to give anonymous feedback to your company or private notes for your records only.

  • You can add as many mood entries as you like within a day. It is important to use your voice to feed back to your company about how you feel in the workplace.

 

 

Why can’t I see all the word options when trying to input my mood?

 

If using an Apple device such as an iPhone, you might not be able to see all the options in the word cloud when you start inputting a mood.
 

  • Close the OK Positive app and go to Settings on your device.

  • Tap Display & Brightness and then Text Size.

  • Adjust this setting, then return to the OK Positive app.

  • You should now see the word cloud in full when making an input.

How do I use the Calendar function?

  • Navigate to the Calendar view from the top right of the app.

  • Here, you can see all your mood entries and any private notes to help monitor your own mental health and the reasons you have felt good or bad.

  • The colours determine how positively or negatively you have felt with the following colour scheme:

    • Green: positive/high OK+ rating.

    • Orange: neutral/medium OK+ rating.

    • Red: negative/low OK+ rating.

  • You can view every month you have been using the OK Positive app for.

  • If you select a date, you can view the notes and emotions logged for that day.

 

 

How do I use the Resources section on the app?

  • Go to the Resources. You will see three main sections: Physical, Psychological and SOS Resources.

  • Click on these sections to find bitesize content that you can use on the go, in your office or at home.

The Physical Resources outline workouts and yoga techniques/content to help support a healthy lifestyle.

 

The Psychological Resources outline mindfulness techniques, videos and content to help with anxiety and stress.

The SOS Resources outline methods to seek help as well as contact Samaritans in the case of panic attacks or suicidal thoughts.

 

 

How do I use the Locations feature on the app?

  • Click on the Locations tab at the top right of the application page.

  • This will show you an interactive map of the world, the key at the top of the page will show you our three main groups:

    • Gold OK+ Logo = Qualified Therapists

    • Blue OK+ Logo = Counsellors/Coaches

    • Green OK+ Logo = Discounted Retail/Hospitality/Services Partners

 

To access these partners all you need to do is click on each Logo and click through to their services.

 

We also have online partners which you can scroll down and click through to on our “online list”.

 

How do I change my personal details on the app?

  • To change any of your personal details (e.g., password or department), go to My Account.

Note: none of these details are visible to your employer.
