1. Download the app from the App Store or Google Play - search for OK Positive or just click on the links above.
2. Answer a few short questions so we can tailor your app experience. 
3. Add your email address to create your account.
4. Accept the invitation to link to your company's account and see news and content from your employer.

Frequently asked questions

I don't see an invite from my employer

If you signed up with a personal email address, you'll need to let your employer know so they can send you an invite. 

If you used a work email then you should receive an automatic invite. If not, contact your employer's OK Positive account administrator. If you're not sure who they are, email us at support@okpositive.co.uk. 

I can't sign in to the app

To sign into the app, enter your email address and we'll send you a sign-in link. You'll need to open the link on the same device where you have the app installed. If you've alredy clicked the link on a different device then that link will have expired and you'll need to request another. Just click Resend sign-in link and we'll send you another email.

Can I use OK Positive without linking to an employer?

You can use OK Positive independently - you don't have to link to an employer. You will need to sign up for an account so that you can see your saved content and insights on your mood check-ins over time. 

If your employer has provided the app, we recommend that you activate the link - this allows you to see company-specific content, discounts and news announcements from your employer.
